    • 90 mins fact-finding session: I will review your health history, current food and nutrient intake and food preferences. This is the time when you do most of the talking and I’ll be listening to you.

    • Personalised health plan with supplement support which will be reviewed and updated at each session

    • 1hr Follow up consultation: for continued support

    • 10% off supplements

    if you need further ongoing support, we can arrange a maintenance programme of appointments, at intervals to suit you

    • 45 min Follow up consult: to support your progress, tweak your child’s programme and help you put into place my recommendations, with practical tips and support.

What to expect when we work together…

On booking

You’ll receive access to my practitioner portal, along with a health questionnaire and a 3-day diet and lifestyle diary.
This helps me understand your current health, history and what you need support with.

Your Initial Consultation  

Your first session lasts 60–90 minutes.

We begin by supporting the body at its foundations, addressing:

  • energy and fatigue

  • sleep

  • digestion (bloating, IBS, constipation)

  • hormonal balance

  • immune resilience

  • blood sugar balance

  • mood, anxiety and overwhelm

For children, this may include:

  • tummy troubles

  • frequent illness

  • low energy or focus

  • sensitivities and intolerances

How I work

Together, we explore your health history, lifestyle and current symptoms to identify underlying imbalances.

From there, we create a simple, realistic plan tailored to you or your family.

Support may include:

  • wholefood nutrition

  • daily rhythm and lifestyle shifts

  • targeted supplementation where needed

Functional testing may be recommended, but only where it adds clarity.

What you will receive: 

  • A calm, supportive space where you feel heard

  • Practical, achievable recommendations

  • A personalised nutrition and lifestyle plan designed to fit real life

You’ll receive your plan within 48 hours of your consultation, including any supplement recommendations with links via trusted practitioner suppliers.Ways to work together (beyond foundations package)
